- Justice For Sikhs had highlighted and condemned the ongoing atrocities against minorities including Sikhs in Pakistan. JFS highlighted that incident related to Jagjit Kaur of Nanakana Sahib, Pakistan, who was forcefully converted to Islam and failed to get Justice as she was directed to live with his husband instead of his family by the Court in Pakistan.
- Justice for Sikhs also questioned the silence of Pro-Khalistani elements on the atrocities against minorities in Pakistan and highlighted that it indicated their association with Pakistan. - Justice For Sikhs endorses the views of foreign Sikh diaspora based in Canada, UK, USA and other countries in the media in which they had questioned the statement made by Gaini Harpreet Singh (Jathedar Akal Takht) and expressed that the Sikhs in general are not in favour of Khalistan and he should give a clarification on his statement
- JFS also highlights that Sikhs are an integral part of India and have been residing and Working in different parts of the Country and does not think about Khalistan and consider it as an agenda propagated by certain fringe elements. - Justice for Sikh strongly condemns Gurpatwant Singh Pannun and his organization, “Sikhs for Justice ” for raking up the issue of Khalistan and playing with the sentiments of the Sikhs. JFS highlights that Sikhs for Justice wants to break the unity of Sikhs by raking up the issue of Khalistan. JFS also highlights that Sikhs in India do not support the demands of Khalistan propagated by Sikhs For Justice.
- JFS further highlights that Sikhs for Justice has been supported by Pakistan and it was merely propagating their agenda therefore it never speaks on the atrocities committed upon Sikhs and other minorities in Pakistan. JFS also agrees with the opinion and experience of various leaders like Mokham Singh (United Akali Dal), who had spoken about the unity and brotherhood among the different communities and this is the true essence of teaching of Guru Granth Sahib and our Gurus. JFS also highlights that Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji sacrificed his life to protect the Hindu religion.
- Justice for Sikhs appeals to Sikh community to work for the Unity of the Sikhs Panth and its progress in the era of globalization and not to get trapped in the narrow vision of Khalistan, which is a brainchild of anti-Sikhs forces. JFS also wants to bring to the attention of Sikh Community that the Khalistan supporters do not know the ground reality of Sikhs in India and would never get support of Sikh Community.

- Justice For Sikhs has expressed concerns over ‘Paatal Lok’ show, which is being broadcasted through Amazon Prime and has depicted baptized Sikhs contrary to their real character. JFS highlights that the poor depiction of Sikh character in the aforesaid show had generated resentment among the members of Sikh community.
- Justice for Sikhs also highlights that it is well known history that Sikhs have always saved women belonging to their enemies and Sikh Guru Sahiban has always lauded women as one who gave birth to Kings. He said that any Sikh cannot tolerate anything against women, however in the show it was depicted that Sikh character was shown committing atrocity on women. Keeping the sentiments of Sikhs under consideration, Amazon should edit the series and remove the controversial content from the show and also avoid putting controversial content in its platform in future.
- Justice For Sikhs condemn atrocious of minorities in Pakistan.Justice For Sikhs had expressed deep concerns and anguish over the forceful conversion of minorities in Pakistan and condemned the growing incidents of atrocities against the minorities, including Sikhs. JFS recounts the incidents recently surfaced in the media in which Tablighi Jamaat in Pakistan targeted the minorities in Sindh Province and made an attempt to forcefully convert into Islam.
- Justice for Sikhs appeals to the Pakistan Government to stop atrocities of minorities in Pakistan as it is denial of basic human rights and not permitted by any religion or any International Norms. JFS also highlights that Jagjit Kaur, a Sikh Girl, who was forcefully converted is still fighting for Justice. JFS appeals to the International bodies to take up the issue of forceful conversion of minorities and build pressure upon Pakistan to stop rampant violations of Human Rights of minorities.

- Justice for Sikhs highlights that Sikhs organisations worldwide are helping the people affected by Coronovirus without any caste and religion and spreading the message of unity and humanity. JFS appeals to the Pakistan Government to stop discrimination with the minorities in the distribution of relief material, which is affecting the Sikhs as well.

- Justice for Sikhs appreciates the efforts of the Punjab Government to make arrangements for the return of Sikhs pilgrims, who were stranded in Nanded, Maharashtra for over a month. The Pilgrims went to Nanded to celebrate Holla Mohalla and got stranded due to the spread of Coronavirus.
- JFS highlights that the Sikhs, who were stranded were under stress and were appealing to the Government for their return. Now, after the return of the Sikh Pilgrims to their residence in Punjab it would be much easier for them to follow the provision of lockdown and fight against the Coronavirus and thwart it’s spread.
- Justice For Sikhs thanks the Indian Government for taking up the issue of damage to the domes of Gurdwara Kartarpur Sahib, Pakistan keeping in view the sentiments of Sikhs attached to the holy site and highlights that the incident had raised concerns among the Sikhs regarding construction quality of renovation and upkeep of the site.
- Justice For Sikhs highlights that the structure was recently renovated during the opening of the Kartarpur Sahib last year and it clearly indicates that poor quality of equipment were utilised due to which damage was caused to the structure and it could have put the life of Pilgrims in danger had the site been open for the Pilgrims.

- Justice for Sikhs welcomes the appeal made by Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee appointed Acting Jathedar Akal Takht Gaini Harpreet Singh to the entire Sikh Community to celebrate the festival of Baisakhi by staying indoors as per the directions of the Health Department and to listen to Gurbani programme which would be telecast live on TV and also that devotees can offer prayers in their homes.

- Justice for Sikhs strongly condemns attack on Gurdwara in Kabul Afghanistan and expresses condolence to Sikhs’ brothers & sisters, who were killed in the attack. JFS highlights that the attack on Gurdwara was a crime against humanity.

- JFS feels that adopting a single Nanakshahi calendar would help in uniting the Sikh community worldwide and would help in avoiding confusion over the dates for celebration of Gurupurabs, which often falls on different dates due to adoption of different Nanakshahi calendars.

JFS said that it was a positive step taken by DSGMC to serve the people. JFS stated that at the time of critical situations Sikhs had always come out to serve the people & support the Government.

- Justice for Sikhs condemns statement made by Pakistan based Khadim Hussain Rizvi against Maharaja Ranjit Singh and highlights that the comment had hurt the sentiments of the Sikhs worldwide. Rizvi had mocked the title ‘Sher-e-Punjab’, given to Maharaja Ranjit Singh in his speeches circulating in social media which is totally unacceptable.
- JFS feels that the incident clearly shows that Pakistani scholars have disrespect and filled with malice towards Sikhs history and tradition. The Sikhs organization worldwide should take the matter with the Pakistan Government and seek action against Khadim Hussain Rizvi, who continues to defy Sikhs leaders under the patronage of the Pakistan Government.
- Justice for Sikhs condemns the incident of assault on a Sikh by Pakistani Security forces, which is circulating in media. In the incident, his turban was removed, which is a direct attack on the Article of faith of Sikhs and it has hurt religious sentiments of the Sikhs.
- JFS appeals to the Sikh Jathebandis to unite against such incidents of atrocities taking place in Paksitan and take steps to stop them from happening in the future.

- Justice for Sikhs welcomes decision of the Supreme Court of India to defer hearing of bail plea of Sajjan Kumar, fromer Congress leader, who has been convicted for involvement in 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
- JFS feels that victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots had to wait for a long time to get conviction of Sajjan Kumar and believes that he should not be relased form prision as he was directly involved in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.
- JFS also appeal to the Government of India to take steps for convicting the other perpetrators of anti-Sikh riots, who are still roaming free.
- JFS strongly condemns the atrocities being committed on minorities in Pakistan, wherein, one Hindu girl Mehak was kidnapped and forcefully converted to Islam.
- JFS also condems the Clerics, who are demanding death sentence for Mehak for raising her voice and appeals to Pakistan Government to stop the ongoing atrocities on minorities.
- Justice for Sikhs welcomes the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which he remembered the pain and suffering of Sikhs, who were victims of 1984 anti-Sikh riots. JFS also praises him for condemning the Congress party for making a person (Kamal nath) as CM, who instigated the mob which targeted the Sikhs, during 1984 anti- Sikh riots.
- JFS thanks the Union Government led by Narendra Modi for setting up a Special Investigating Team (SIT) which led to conviction of persons involved in 1984 anti Sikh. Further, JFS appeals to the Union Government to take action against other persons, who were involved in 1984 anti-Sikh riots and ensure that justice is delivered to the victims.
- JFS thanked the President of India for making an announcement in the budget Session speech to celebrate the 400th birth anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji (9th Sikh Guru) with full grandeur and devotion in a similar manner in which 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated.
He also thanked the Government of India for constructing Kartarpur Corridor in time bound manner and fulfilling one of the key demands of Sikh Community. - JFS strongly condemns the atrocities being committed on minorities in Pakistan, which has forced one Sikh namely Radesh Kumar Toni to flee from Pakistan.
JFS appeals to all Sikh organizations to take up the issue with the Pakistan Government to stop the ongoing atrocities on minorities. - JFS welomes the move of Punjab government for tableau dedicated to the ideology of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji for the Republic Day parade in New Delhi on January 26. It portrays the Guru’s message :
‘Kirat karo’ ~ earn livelihood by honest means.
‘Naam Japo’~ constant chanting of God’s name.
& ‘Vand Chhako’ ~ share your bread or fruits of labour. - Capt. Amarinder Singh’s efforts to bring a resolution in Punjab Assembly seeking the repeal of Citizenship Amendment Act is highly deplorable. CM Punjab should come clear on the cause of persecuted Sikhs and Hindus from Pakistan and Afghanistan, who have been living since long in Punjab, as refugees.
- Under the present government JFS expects speedy trial of culprits involved in killings during 1984 anti-Sikh riots, after the ‘Justice Dhingra Committee’ report has testified that Sikhs were brutally killed at five railway stations in Delhi on November 1& 2, 1984 and the police remained silent as bigwigs of then Congress government were involved in the riots.
- JFS welcomes the decision of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act Tribunal to uphold ban on Sikhs For Justice. The tribunal observed that the group was trying to revive the separatist movement in Punjab and hence the ban was upheld.
- The organization feels that Sikhs for Justice has been vitriolic in its campaign against India and engaged is spreading material which are anti-India and against the Social, Political and economic interest of Sikhs and also affects the future of the future generations of the Sikhs. hence, JFS supports the ban necessary to prevent its secessionist agenda.

- JFS condemns the attack that took place at Gurdwara Nankana Sahib in Pakistan on January 03, 2020, in which members of Sikh community were targeted at the birthplace of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, one of the most revered Gurdwara. The miscreants made inflammatory remarks against the Sikh community and Sikh religion, which is unacceptable to the Sikhs worldwide.
It also highlights that multiple incidents of atrocities against Sikhs and other minorities in Pakistan continue to occur, such as, forceful conversion of Jagjit Kaur and despite repeated appeals made by the Sikh community to the Pakistan Government, no action had been taken to protect Sikhs.
JFS appeal to the Pakistan Government to ensure the safety of Sikh Gurdwaras in Pakistan and protect their interest. It also urges Sikh community worldwide to remain vigilant about the atrocities against Sikhs in Pakistan and at other places and highlight them so that such incidents could be averted, in future. - Justice for Sikhs stands with humanitarian concern expressed by Manjinder Singh Sirsa, President DSGMC, over an incident dt 25/12/2019 where at one Raju Chandra, a Bangladeshi Hindu was tortured by Abu Tahir at Muradnagar, Distt Comilla.The video of this incident clearly dipicts the brutality unleashed on minorities in Bangladesh. Taking cognizance of the incident Sirsa has urged Dr S Jaishanker, Minister of External affairs, to take up the issue with his counterpart in Bangladesh.
- JFS is of the opinion that the scrapping of blacklist of Sikhs, who were involved in militant activities in the name of khalistan, by present Central Government is being appreciated by Sikhs worldwide.
- Ripudaman Singh Malik, who visited India in December after removal of his name from blacklist said that he spent two weeks in Punjab and expressed there was no Khalistan in Punjab and the issue is dead.
- Due to this Khalistani protagonist who are again trying to raise the bogey of khalistan through organisations like “Sikhs for Justice” have been shocked as postive vibes are spreading among Sikh diaspora specially in Canada and US.

Now CAA has paved way for them to get indian citizenship. Moreover, Union Home Minister has also spoken on CAA and assured that it’s objective was to grant indian citizenship and not to deprive any Indian citizen of his rights. - Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee initiated a kar Seva on the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, for the construction of 550 bedded charitable hospital, at Gurdwara Bala Sahib, Bhogali. The hospital is being setup to provide affordable quality medical care to around 5000 patients from all over the country daily.
- On the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, US Senate unanimously passed resolution that Sikhs in the US and around the world live as per the values of ideal and equality, service and devotion to God, as preached by Guru Nanak Dev Ji. It also recognized the historical, cultural and religious significance of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and contribution of Sikhs in US.
- Stopping the Sikh students from appearing in the examination conducted by Delhi Subordinate Staff Selection Board (DSSSB) wearing Kakars is a wrong step by the board. Kakars are integral parts of the Sikhs that cannot be separated from them. Delhi Government should direct the board not to bar Sikhs wearing Kakars, from appearing in exams.
- The statement made by Pakistan based Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi against Guru Nanak Dev ji, Kartpuar Sahib and Maharaja Ranjit Singh has hurt the sentiments of the Sikhs worldwide. Rizvi has expressed his displeasure over giving the honour to Maharaja Ranjit Singh through a statue and mocked his title ‘Sher-e-Punjab’, which is totally unacceptable.

- Tech giant Google has taken a correct step by removing “2020 Sikh Referendum” app launched by SFJ from its Android market by agreeing to the demand of Government. The app was openly spreading anti-India propaganda and was aimed at dividing the Sikhs by spreading the negative sentiments. It was against the interest of Sikhs and tech entity like Google should not allow such anti- Sikhs & anti-India apps to operate from it’s platform.

Whereas, the Pro-Khalistani elements had never done any service to humanity and merely intended to divide the Sikhs and push them towards dark days.
